Alongside robust academic support, GDA emphasizes leadership development through a rich boarding curriculum that includes muhadharah (public speaking), leadership clubs, and a wide variety of student-led initiatives.
Spiritual development is at the heart of the GDA experience. Students engage in daily prayers, dzikr, Qur’anic recitation, and comprehensive Islamic studies. The Islamic studies curriculum covers twelve core subjects, including Tajwid (Qur’anic phonetics), Imla’ (dictation), Thematic Tafsir (Qur’anic exegesis), Hadith, Tauhid (theology), Tasawuf (spirituality), Akhlak (ethics), Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), Ushul Fiqh (legal theory), Islamic History, Tafsir Ibadah (worship exegesis), Balaghah (rhetoric), and Mantiq (logic).
